A former executive chef and restaurateur in his second career, Mr. Ringler is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst with his master’s degree in Taxation. He has over 20 years’ experience in “Big 4”, mid-tier and small public accounting firms, servicing international, middle market and entrepreneurial entities and their owners. This combination of academic education and professional training combined with the real-world experience of a business owner allows Mr. Ringler to bring a rare combination of support and knowledge to his clients. He is a management professional able to see and implement both the big picture and the details necessary to produce results. He is experienced in transaction-based consulting and compliance. His experience includes both personal and organizational strategic planning and implementation coordination, comprehensive business and tax planning as well as due diligence investigations, business valuations, efficiency and operational analysis, for service, wholesale, retail, entertainment and manufacturing entities, both publicly and closely held. He is an accomplished presenter and instructor both at the college and national and local small CPA firm business level.
