I attended a great event, "Eminae Round Table - NYC," hosted by Kyle Griffith. We learned about the taxation of Crypto Currency and their impact on Mergers and Acquisitions. Kyle brought in Vick Bathija, CPA (whom I also know!) to talk about the taxation, while Kyle brought in lots of insights about buying and selling businesses. There are a lot of moving parts about buying and selling a business, and he certainly knows his stuff!
