Eminae Network Round Table is an Exclusive”by invite only”
business meeting featuring an elite group of business and
management consultants that advise business owners
seekingeither a growth or an exit strategy.At each meeting,
members (and guests)discuss challenges business owners face
when running a company.Members collaborate and share their
industry-specificknowledge related to the subjectmatter at
hand. Each meeting has one adviser per industry.
Eminae Network “Power Teams” Round Table is an Exclusive
“by invite only” business meeting featuring an elite group of
business and management consultants that advise business
owners seekingeither a growth or an exit strategy. At each
meeting,members (and guests)discuss challenges business
owners face when running a company.Members collaborate and
share their industry-specificknowledge related to the
subjectmatter at hand. Unlike the traditional Round Table
event, this is an open meeting with multiple advisors in the
same industry. Members are broken up into teams and discuss
various topics in a separate breakout room based upon industry
specialty.

Membership
Annual Membership Dues are $1,200 per member. $275 for each additional
member/substitute from the same company
As of July 2021, there are (3) Round Table meetings:NYC, Long Island & NJ / Power
Teams Event
The Eminae Network Membership has a limit of one (1)industry professional per
location (NYC, Long Island, and New Jersey) and a limit of two (2) Deal Team
Members per location. Deal Team Members include; Business Valuation Analyst,
CFO, CPA, Financial Advisor, M&A Advisor, and M&A Attorney
Round Table meetings are limitedto one (1) professional per industry and two (2)
“Deal Team Members” per industry, and RSVP’s are closedout once the industry
limit and room capacityis reached
Members of Eminae Networkcan attend any of the eventsand are not limited to a
specific meeting location
Membership does not include the cost to attend the events.Some events are free of
charge, and other events have an admission fee. Prices vary by location and are
subject to change
Invited guests (non-members) can attend the Round Table before becoming a
member. Guests can attend up to (2) events prior to deciding on becoming a
member
All Members are invited to attend the monthlyrecurring Mastermind meeting
Members are allottedone presentation (highlight speaker) per year at the Eminae
Network Round Table Luncheon
Members have the opportunity on a first-come basis to sponsor an upcoming
Eminae Network CEO Luncheon. Â

Requirement to Join
- Minimum of 5 years industryexperience in your respective field
- Service clientsin Lower Mid-Market (Companies with $5M+ Revenues)
- Preferably a partner or owner in your company or firm
- We are looking for memberswith the following character traits: Trustworthiness,
Honesty,Responsive with a Go-Giverattitude - Member must be willing to committo Eminae’s philosophy which is to
Collaborate, Educateand Celebrate - Member must complete an application and be approvedby the Membership
