Karl Berger is the founder of Fractal Sales providing Sales Leadership support to B2B businesses. In 2017, after running businesses and leading regional, national, and international sales teams, Karl started Fractal Sales to help small and medium enterprises create wealth by delivering breakthrough growth.

Previously Karl was the President of Circuitronics, a private equity led manufacturing and design company, with 135 employees. Karl exited after the successful sale to another PE firm.
Karl has a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Lehigh and a BS in Quantitive Business Analysis from The Pennsylvania State University.
