Avi Sinensky

Corporate Attorney

Avi Sinensky has a broad-based transactional practice with extensive experience advising both buyers and sellers in the structuring and negotiation of complex private company mergers and acquisitions, investments, recapitalizations, divestitures, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.

As Counsel in Rivkin Radler’s Corporate Practice Group, Avi regularly advises companies from startup to maturity with respect to corporate governance, organization and operations and has substantial experience in negotiating shareholder and operating agreements, financing arrangements, private placements, service agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, licensing agreements and other commercial contracts.

Avi also advises individuals and businesses in connection with executive compensation arrangements, including employment and consulting agreements, severance agreements, business succession planning and the design of stock option and other equity compensation plans.

In law school, he was published in the Summer 2008 issue of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business and Employment Law.

Avi is an avid fan of the New York Mets and New York Jets and is the host of “Pretty PrettyPretty Good,” a podcast about Curb Your Enthusiasm. He resides in West Hempstead, NY, with his wife, Rachel, and daughters, Annie and Emily.
