Marc Miller is President of MLM Coaching & Consulting, LLC. He provides executive coaching to executives, professionals, and business owners and leaders, and he also consults with organizational leadership teams to improve employee engagement and team collaboration, and to create great places to work, increasing talent retention, productivity, job satisfaction, and overall profitability for the organization. Helping organizations develop amazing organizational cultures is a particular passion for Marc. His expertise includes working with organizational leaders and staffs to adapt optimally to changes related to mergers and acquisitions which require the integration of different organizational cultures to form a new, unified entity. The value of a business is greatly enhanced by the level of staff engagement, morale, and retention of key staff members prior to its sale. Marc is an expert at helping organizations achieve such an organizational culture, prior to and after a sale/merger. Marc engages with leaders and other individuals, and with teams, as a professional coach to promote greater awareness of how to communicate together effectively for greater personal, professional, and organizational success. These skills guide his work helping organizations during transitions such as those related to mergers and acquisitions and promotes the establishment of organizational cultures that foster optimal engagement and profitability.
Marc has a Ph.D. in Psychology from Adelphi University. He has earned a Professional Coaching Certificate from the Professional Coaching Program at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, CUNY and iCoachNewYork. Marc has earned the designation “Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching” from the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI). As a professional coach, he holds the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Marc is a Past-President of the local ICF chapter on Long Island, NY (ICF-Long Island, now part of ICF-NYC). Marc lives in Plainview, NY.
