Ardi is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Transaction Advisory Services practice based out of the New York office. Ardi brings over 16 years of accounting, finance, corporate development, and leadership experience to the Firm.
Ardi has a diverse professional background which includes roles as an advisory managing director with a boutique advisory firm and a corporate development lead with Fortune 200 company. He has extensive experience working with internal corporate decision makers, strategic buyers / sellers, and private equity firms, supporting and advising them throughout the entire M&A lifecycle. His experience spans from leading end-to-end cross-functional diligence, M&A transaction management, financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side, business performance improvement, financial modeling, synergy realization, purchase agreement development, to post-close finance and accounting operations support.
Ardi began his career at Deloitte where he spent 10 years and held successive roles in audit, UK’s accounting advisory and SEC compliance, and M&A transaction services.
