My experience comes from a background in insurance, risk management, and construction management driving business towards successful real estate investments with a proven track record for putting capital to work and unveiling real estate development opportunities that 
generate high returns. 
My land acquisition and development expertise throughout the NY metro has spread across alternative energy uses for land, affordable housing developments, multi-family, opportunity zone funds, and more. I am a proven deal maker with an extensive background in real estate development, deal origination, zoning and market analysis, and infrastructure design.
I enjoy new ventures and partnerships and has a unique skill set that brings a team together 
and leads successful development. 
As a start-up developer, I work with investment groups to perform due diligence on seemingly 
undesirable and unfinanceable real estate assets and create business plans that transform 
them into revenue-generating development projects using creative partnerships and financing 
techniques.  
I am primarily engaging in residential real estate developments from the ground up. My 
approach offers expertise in navigating capital, location, networks, and demand for highly 
desirable residential spaces throughout the NY Metro area.  
I enjoy working in partnerships with the challenge of navigating a volatile real estate market and 
focusing on opportunities that put investors in the best position to hedge inflationary and
