Winnie Benjamin - Business Performance Advisor

Winnie Benjamin is the Founder and Chief Operation Officer of Stewardship Masters International, Inc. (SMI) and has a passion for people development, impressive business performance, and assisting Leaders of for-profit and non-profit businesses establish reliable and sustainable brand identity.

Winnie has over 30 years of experience helping small businesses pivot during economic down turns by helping them identify their transferable skills that could meet current market demands.

Winnie’s team are advisors in the field of: Finance, Legal, CPA’s, Performance Evaluation, Marketing, Brand Developing, Business Start-ups, Systems Developments, Exiting Planning, Leadership Mentoring and Coaching that share Winnie’s values and similar passion.

Winnie and her team are currently working alongside small business leaders to support them as they lead their organization through the current crisis. She is also helping small businesses offer value added emotional support for their customers via teleconference discussions, podcasts and live webinars, with informative presentations and Q & A discussions.

In addition to businesses that were started and are thriving under her consultancy and coaching in the U.S, Winnie was also invited to replicate SMI’s work in international markets. That invitation took her to the Caribbean, South America, Slovakia, and Ghana, West Africa, where she has been instrumental in preparing Ghanaian emerging entrepreneurs to develop reliable brand identity, so that they sustainably trade internationally with their goods and services.

A series of capacity building workshops such as The Art of Effective Collaboration, Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, How to Build A Trusted Brand Reputation, Business Consulting and Personal Growth and Development are staples of her Company’s comprehensive service.

Winnie is a founding member of John C. Maxwell Leadership Team of Certified Mentors & Coaches; the Business Development Consultant and Workshop Facilitator for the Merchant Association of Rosedale, Laurelton, Springfield Gardens, (MARLS); The Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce’s (LIAACC) Minority & Women-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) Regional Coordinator of Queens County, NY; and Member of Maranatha Human Services Board of Directors, Plattsburg, NY.

Winnie studied Clinical Nutrition at Misericordia University, Dallas, PA, and Human Resource Management at Villanova University. She has also obtained technical skill certifications of which among them are Business and Hospitality Management, Leadership Development, Coaching, Theology, Business and Church Growth Consultancy, Alternative Health Practice, Cosmetology and Esthetics from respected institutions over the life span of her business career.

Winnie was awarded the 2016 Queens Ambassador Award for doing amazing work in Queens, New York. She is also a member of The M&A Alliance Group.
